Manhole cover makes noise when car goes over

This case was closed last night but the gully cover makes noise when the car wheels drive over. Standing outside you can hear it: within my home you can hear it. There has also been several accounts of his reported earlier in 2024 which are still open on the portal. If you stand at the traffic lights for a few minutes you can hear the sound, it is the left hand side of peoples car wheels making direct contact with the cover, this makes a sound every time they are in line with it. It is constant. Please can it be looked into again. I would attach a video but I cannot to the portal.

    Please can this be investigated again. I have a video of the cars going over and hearing the profound sound coming off the gully grids. It is constant.
