Car parked here preventing others parking for 4 weeks now

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1153314-R5G0S9.

Apparently abandoned car parked badly in Crooked Billet permit bay opposite Strachan Place preventing others parking for 4 weeks now. Parking also 2 feet into bay preventing a second car larger than 3 doors parking in the second space.
