Pedestrian bashed and pointing wrong way

Reported via desktop in the Damage to Street Furniture category anonymously at 08:34, Tuesday 8 October 2024

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1153706-H5Q6Y4.

The pedestrian light to the right as you look east has been bashed out place and is pointing across the road instead up the street. It is therefore not going to be effective at stopping traffic and could be dangerous especially for motorbikes coming around high sided vehicles / buses as they travel east to go down Wimbledon hill. This is a high traffic area with a lot of school children. Moderate but clear safety concern.
