Road been torn up

Vehicles going in and out of the recreational area have cause damaged to the path. Unsafe to walk on and hard to get past. No signage for unsafe area. Looks ok further up the road but when get closer it's dangerous. It's a trip hazard. Have to walk on the other side of the road to get past it but then not safe to cross as theres no safe crossing on this road, just at the top and bottom.
