Tree cuttings on the pavement

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1155089-L4B2V7.

The silver birch in front of number 7 hazelwood avenue seems to be shedding branches. There are a number of branches on thr pavement and have been there for over 3 days. In addition I have attached a picture of a massive broken branch which is hanging precariously and will most likely fall on the windshield of a moving car or worse directly onto a pedestrian. This needs urgent looking into
