Waste all over the bin area & street inc used nappies. Please send someone to clean up. Also, the bins are overloaded & need emptying. This area is regularly used as a dumping ground by local scunners. It's not fair on the majority of residents who don't want their street turned into a dump by lazy cretins. Many thanks.
