North Road litter - not enough bins

This single bin constantly has overflowing litter left in this state. Particularly after a weekend. It's been like this for years and will continue to be this way until more or bigger bins are added. Simply collecting the litter does not solve the problem.

Letting it get like this and then just picking it up doesn't solve the problem. This location needs more bins. Will continue to report until issue fixed
