We have had fly tipping at our address (SW191FW). For several months, as the council has requested for the private property to remain open to the public. Our council tax is paying for other people to dump rubbish on our property. Sometimes it is left behind by the refuse removal teams, we then (as a body) have to pay to have the items removed.
