Two industrial in the road and a public footpath

Reported via desktop in the Fly-Tipping category anonymously at 20:07, Monday 28 October 2024

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1159576-K8Y7Q4.

Hi, there are two industrial bins, which one is in the road and if there is a strong wind could roll into a busy intersection and the second is on a public path and people are using the chance to dump their rubbish in it. Its overflowing which could attract rats. These bin where not here before and someone push it there overnight.

  • I wish to make a formal complaint and would like it be escalated to manager. As of 9th November saterday 23:28 the bins are still there and are overflowing. There bin bags have been opened by foxes and rats as been seen there. This is on public footpath. I see that a number complaints associated has been raised and has been marked as fixed when photographic evidence provided stated the opposite.
