Mound of leaves around tree / gutters pavement NOT cleared

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1160299-S6Y8M1.

Road sweeper seen twice very close by but leaves remain. People walk in the road to avoid the leaves. Bagged leaves seen on opposite corner of Ashen/Melrose BUT south corner of Ashen Grove around the large tree remains unswept.
