DUREY CASTINGS D400N (INTER-Ax2 PAM LTS) Outside 155 Wandle Road. This manhole cover has been clanking very loudly for at least six months, and it is getting much worse.

The noise nuisance is causing significant disruption to sleep and exacerbating medical problems. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you.
