Parking on double yellow line obstructing cycle lane

I have MULTIPLE evidence (more than those uploaded) of vehicles regularly parking on double yellow line and obstructing the cycle lane. Mostly customers or deliveries to the local offlicence. This was common before the yellow lines were marked better. Now the yellow lines are clearly visible this is an offence. Please check. This is also dangerous for the cyclists as needs to leave the cycle lane
