This bin has been overflowing for days. Now it even started with fly tipping.

  • Litter that is on a road are usually dealt with swiftly, but litter reported in public paths further away from a road are closed without actually cleaning it. Most of the times it is closed saying that it is in private land (when it is not), but also saying that is has been dealt with when it has not.
