Apartment Block mass fly-tipping on Effra Road

Absolutely disgusting that the apartment opposite has decided to fly-tip the whole blocks rubbish on a public footpath.

The rubbish is overflowing and making a mess of the footpath.

It is also obstructing electrical sub mains boxes. Which could cause fire or worse a hindrance should any work need to be done.

This is unacceptable and the rubbish needs to go back to THE ACTUAL PROPERTY WHOS WASTE IT IS.

WE CANNOT HAVE SUCH INCOMPETENT COUNCILS THAT ACTUALLY ALLOW THIS.

Looking forward to the bins going back to the location where they belong.
