Charging cable across pavement

Number 3 Garfield regularly charges their white Tesla Model X across the pavement.

As in the photo, there is no effort to cover the cable and as it is a thick, high guage cable it doesn't lie fully flat making it more likely to catch a foot

I regularly pass this way with a 2-3 year old, for whom this represents a very real trip hazard

It is also an illegal obstruction of the pavement.
