Dangerous amounts of leaves on footway and road

There is a dangerous amount of leaves from the numerous trees collecting on the footway of Priestley Road. They are covering the drain holes in the road. They are slippery (I have already slipped over on these) There is lots of dog fouling as people don't seem bothered to pick up after their dogs. The road parallel to us, Ormarod Gardens has had their trees cut right back and the leaves collected. Its a danger to members of the public and with the weather set to get worse a danger for car users too.

    Telling me its fixed!!! Lies! It hasn't been cleaned up at all. Still exactly the same if not worse than before!!!
