Saw an elderly lady yesterday afternoon and two other elderly people trip over this cover.Was covered by fallen leaves and I cleared them out.Maybe Thames Water but couldn’t see.Someone could be seriously injured.Please repair or report.Thank you.

  • Walked past it this morning and all fixed .Saw one of the elderly ladies who had tripped and thanked me for reporting it.She said pass on her thanks to the council for dealing with it quickly.Thank you.
