This poster has recently (on 22nd Nov) been put up on the outside of an abandoned building on Merton High Street which promotes the use of illegal substances like marijuana. The building is an old abandoned shop, but has been abandoned for many years so there is no building owner to contact. Therefore can you please remove this illegal advert.
