Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1166983-X2L6T4.

Mattress dumped. This area is a frequent place for fly tips, nearly daily! And antisocial behaviour. Groups of men gather and drink here every night and leave beer bottles. I guess that can’t be eliminated but maybe placing a bin here will discourage littering because they’re too lazy to walk 20metres down the road to the nearest bin
