Hood around the LED light head missing

The street light has been recently replaced with LED but the hood which was formerly installed on the previous lamp has not been reinstated. The hood was installed a few years ago to stop the light illuminating through the top bedroom window. Lack of the hood, makes the bedroom very bright at night despite pulled window blinds, affecting the sleep comfort.
