Pallets left in the middle of the road obstructing a clear pathway for pedestrians on College Fields Business Centre. Same issue reported yesterday and has been repeated again this morning. When lorries and large vehicles arrive onto this estate and pedestrians and other traffic are moving in and out, this creates many risks with moving traffic in many directions on the estate and are potential health and safety risks.
