The bin on Garth road outside lymouth gardens bridge needs moving or a bin with a lid provided large rats from plybrook are constantly in the bin dragging plastic food waste into the stream.

The position of the bin is attracting large water rats when depositing rubbish large rats run out it needs moving or a bin with a top provided the stream is constantly being filled with plastic from this bin and is a health risk to people from rat bites etc.
