A close inspection of ALL the Hand rails on either side of the road suggest that these need complete replacement; minimally adequate securing to ensure nobody grabs one in wet/snow only to land in the road. The notice to the pathway between Ridgway and Spencer Hill/Murray Rd has not been cleaned in more than ten years ...at least I cannot recall it being cleaned ever [in 25 years!!]
