Damage to pavement outside 145 Central Road Morden SM4 5SJ.

The photos attached do not actually depict the damaged pavement and these photos were taken approximately 3 months ago but the damaged pavement has got worse since taking them. The damage is caused because as you enter the cul de sac there are three cars that are permitted to park there but this causes problems with refuse vehicles, delivery vehicles as they have to drive partially on the pavement. This is not the first time this part of the pavement has had to be repaired and it would be ideal to put double yellow lines along this part of the cul de sac and stop cars from parking here. When I enter or exit the cul de sac in my car because the road is not very wide I have to drive partially on the pavement.
