I'm reporting the green bin that's dumped here and full of rubbish... However, as I was writing this a car pulled up full of junk and other items. The driver got out and tried stuffing an entire double duvet full of clothes into the drawer of the clothes recycling bin. I walked back and said that clearly wouldn't go in and he would block it up. I had a suspicion he'd give up and dump it so I told him to split it up and do it properly. I also said I didn't want him fly tipping as we have a problem here. He said he wasn't, but if there are any items above and beyond the ones in my first picture, you have the images of his car. Asian man, beard and glasses. I'm happy to be a witness if needed. Thanks
