Malmesbury Road. Constant damage to pavements due to cars especially 4x4s being parked on them.

Malmesbury Road between Leominster Road and Middleton Road Morden SM4. Constant blocking of pavements due to cars especially 4x4s being parked across them - this has significantly damaged the paving slabs and made the road a hostile environment as well as creating danger for pedestrians/children who have to walk in the road. Does anyone care? Please rectify the issue.
