Fence foundations damaged by Merton

When the pavements were being redone on Baker Lane, the contractors ruined the foundations to our fencing. We also have tarmac in our garden from the works as seen in photos. This wasn't so much of an issue until the storms and now, our fences are loose due to the foundations having been weakened by the works. They jackhammered away the original pavement and now are a health and safety hazard. The tarmac is breaking into our garden too.
