Tree needing maintenance

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1171325-J1S3H8.

The tree has not been looked after for a long time. The branches have been hit by delivery drivers and the branches are hitting our stain glassed window. Repairs would be costly. Please would you look after this neglected tree.
