Cleaning of public footpath not done

Foxes path has not been cleaned for weeks and is disgusting there is leaves, litter, dog waste all along the pathway especially from church road to Rodney road area There is also dumped clothes spread along the path as well as a dumped mattress to the side of 56 Bank Avenue on the footpath
