Neighbour driving over grass verge wrecking it.

The grass (now mud) verge has been wrecked by cars driving over it. There used to be a wooden post in the verge which disappeared for a couple of years but has now mysteriously re-appeared. Could the post be put back or even better could 2 posts be put in? Could you also please put one of the posts outside no. 56 Camborne be refitted? It was damaged by a vehicle some months ago dislodging the concrete. The post is now in place but sticking out of the ground.
