Work is by ring done at this address and there are workmen there, there are building materials and rubbish all over the pavement making it almost impossible to get by, they tried to say they had a one day permission from Merton council to obstruct the pavement which I find strange, surely there would be a notice if that were the case, but I don’t think the council would permit an obstruction to a pedestrian pavement
