The pavement is filthy.

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1171757-W1G4Z4.

There are deep, wet piles of leaves, plus a huge amount of general litter all over the pavements and in the gutters. It is filthy and really unpleasant to walk down. You need cameras all along that road, in order to catch those who constantly drop the litter.
