Crossover illegal at No 10 not approved by or made by Merton Council

The council pavement and kerb edging has been illegally removed by and replaced with an illegal concrete construction to enable parking on the property. Vehicles also come at pace up the cul de sac to drive directly on to the drive without due care attention of road safety.
