Big roof in my garden from somewhere

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1172436-Z6C3B6.

It is a large shed roof, from no 70 Octavia Close, it is in my garden, I cant get past it, it has also broken my fence. I cannot get an answer from them. I live at 72 Octavia Close it is blocking the path to the back gate. The house is an HMO place,. Please help
