Hasn’t moved in at least 5 weeks. Has had a parking ticket on the windscreen the whole time. 20 houses in the road and no one is the owner or knows of them. The road is a single lane and it’s quit far into the road so if a vehicle’s parked on the opposite pavement it’s very difficult for large emergency type vehicles to pass
