Dip in road surface

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1174613-R3G5F2.

For traffic exiting Haydon's Road southbound and turning right, there is a noticeable dip in the road and raised ironworks near the pedestrian island. I'm worried this is going to burst a tyre and cause a loss of control for a vehicle or cyclist.
