Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1178543-Z2R9C1.

Rubbish bags x3 on the kerb in the road. Litter all in the kerb as the dustmen left a trail of rubbish behind them. Stepping over it rather then picking it up.
