Litter and fly tipping on grass verge

There is a large amount of discarded rubbish, wind blown litter, fly tipped black bags and other detritous along Commonside East from Windmill to Watney;s Rd on the grass verge and ditch adjacent to the common. This area, ditch and roadside verge is Mertons responsibility not Common Conservators.
