Council DID NOT FIX Problem

I raised this issue yesterday morning and by afternoon the Council sent email saying the litter had been cleared and problem fixed. This is not true, the current state is terrible. Broken glass on pavement is hazardous for small children and animals. Full bin bags on top of bins and on the road. Rubbish scatted. Please ACTUALLY FIX this mess and don't just email to say that you have.
