This is becoming beyond a joke, this alley is just constantly used to fly tip and I've even seen Veiola come to collect some small parts and not bother reporting back about the rest of it.

We were told to stop feeding birdseed to the birds recently by clarion housing because it "inadvertently attracts rodents", but apparently this is fine? And I have an open front garden, so all this litter somehow always ends up flying into my garden. Both of us in the household are disabled so we really don't need to have the added hassle of constantly cleaning up after everybody else.
