Speed issue Kingston Road

Buses and cars are not always respecting the 20miles/h speed limit along Kingston Road. Is the council considering adding any speed bumps? Speeding cars/buses create noise pollution which is particularly disturbing at night, not to mention road safety for pedestrians and bikes.
