Extremely uneven and dangerous access road

Reported in the Potholes and Surface Problems category anonymously at 11:28, Friday 17 January 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1181585-Q0H4G8.

The driveway area between 53 & 55 Buckleigh Avenue is, I’m told, public access and houses three drains that belong and are maintained by Merton Council.

The driveway is also the only access to the rear gardens and front door of 55.

The driveway is extremely uneven causing elderly and children to fall, especially when covered by ice and snow.

The drains are becoming damaged due to the driveway.

To prevent injury or damage, can this public access driveway be fixed and tarmac with a slightly tilt from 53 to 55 and also tilt from rear to road. This would ensure that drainage would flow better and hopefully prevent this from happening again in future.
