It is an offence under Section 184 of the Highways Act 1980 to drive a vehicle across the kerb and pavement (footway) to gain access to a property if a properly constructed dropped kerb is not in place.

I reported an issue, a heated argument with the tenant of 2b Rougemont Avenue and your merton council officers was over heard by neighbours and now one of the wooden posts has been knocked over and damage to the grass verge. So I now require an urgent phone call with a full explanation. I have had no update from yourselves. Call 07855 103993. Also provide a managers direct contact number so I can make a complaint.
