Dog fouling on pavement

The fouling has been on pavement since yesterday. I had to cover it with a plastic container so as to avoid anyone stepping in it. There are numerous schools in the vicinity and school children do walk on this pavement every day. This matter there needs to be resolved very quickly. Thanks
