Christmas tree not picked up

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1183440-Y7C6Y2.

Christmas tree left out on time from 5th January. Not collected initially and also not collected when left with bins on Tuesday collection. Currently is in road outside 28 Devonshire - not sure what else can do
