Alleyway litter

Bin is not emptied enough consequently the alleyway which will soon be full of nice spring flowers is full of bits of rubbish and needs a thorough cleanup. The rubbish there will just encourage more people to litter.

  • The alleyway has not been cleaned up at all. They might have emptied the bin, but the problem is all the rubbish sitting in the alley
