Central bollard missing from Holmes Road end of Leyton Road

The central bollard for the emergency vehicle only cut through at the end of Leyton Road, leading to Holmes Road is missing. As a result, a number of vehicles have been seen misusing this pedestrianised area as a cut through to Merton Hight Street (including a Clarion Housing van). The area has been pedestrianised, so people walking in this area are not looking out for/expecting vehicles, which poses a high risk of a collision with a pedestrian, especially given there are a school, sheltered accommodation and a day centre for adults with learning difficulties nearby (there is also no visibility when coming round the corner from the Laburnum Road end of Holmes Road). Please can the bollard be replaced as a matter of urgency.
