The individual and his friends is blocking the right of way to the rear of our property. Could you please advise me on the appropriate authority to contact regarding frequent obstruction of rear road access? I have attempted to speak with the neighbour, but unfortunately, the response I received was aggressive, including raised voices and threats. Additionally, we are facing ongoing antisocial behaviour—loud parties, excessive drinking, and even physical altercations late into the night. This happens almost every weekend, and as I write this email, similar disturbances are ongoing. I would truly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide on how to address these issues effectively. Thank you for your time and support.
