Uneven Road surface causing huge water puddle, rising onto my driveway path.

Last year Grasmere Avenue was resurfaced. Unfortunately a drain was covered up and the road surface slopes more in front of my driveway, causing a very large puddle when it rains. This did not occur before the resurfacing and I have noticed this issue getting worse as we are experiencing rainy weather. I am unable to attach photos on my phone, but if a case can be raised, I will endeavour to get the photos attached somehow.
