Burst pipe

This has been burst and flowing for weeks now! In the cold mornings the boridge is LETHAL! Another crash this morning and that’s at least the second one. Police had to be there this morning to close the bridge not for the crash but because of how dangerous the ice is! You can see how many people have reported this already but absolutely nothing has been done. It’s a danger to life now
